Golden Square’s Customer Service Desk can be found opposite Starbucks on Level X. Our experienced team has an intimate knowledge of the centre and is ready to answer any questions and make your shopping experience even more enjoyable.
Kiddie Cars are available for hire from the Customer Services Desk.
Shopmobility is located in the Welcome Hall on the ground floor.
Lost and found
If we find anything in the centre it is taken directly to the Management Office, where it is logged. If you have lost something call the Management Office on 0192 565 5053 and we will try to help.
